Have you ever eaten Basashi? Basashi is a traditional food in Kumamoto.
This picture is a Banigiri, which is sushi of Basashi. At my work place, many tourists come and eat Basashi, Karashi-Renkon and Hitomoji-guruguru. I like all of them.
