Chama-tei

I'm working at Japanese Izakaya in Shimoto-ri, named Chama-tei. I like this Izakaya. Do you like Sho-chu? I don't like Sho-chu, but there are many many Sho-chu in Chama-tei. The owner often goes to buy rare Sho-chu. It is very difficult for me to remember the name of Sho-chu. There are 3 kinds of Sho-chu. Rice, Potatoes and wheat. I don't know the difference, but a lot of people say, Imo-shochu smells bad. My boyfriend likes Imo-shochu, and doesn't like Kome-shochu.
