Osechi

Do you know Osechi? These are Japanese traditional New Year food. Every dish has many meanings.
This New Year's day, my mother went to my grand mother's house, and I stayed in my house. I spent New Year's day with my boyfriend. I wanted to make osechi by myself, but it was too difficult and I didn't have enough time to make. So I bought it in supermarket. It was taste good, I really liked osechi, but my boyfriend didn't like it. I especially liked black beans. It was sweeteded beans, and it means "working hard". My grand mother told me to eat the numbers of your age when I was child. So I ate twenty black beans this year.
