Vegetable Sushi

Have you ever seen sushi like these?
These are vegetable sushi. A new sushi restaurant opened last month, so my boyfriend and my mother and I went to there. We ordered normal seafood sushi and vegetable sushi. There were eggplant sushi, yam sushi, avocado sushi, bamboo shoot sushi, and other kinds of vegetable sushi. I was very surprised because I've never seen or eaten sushi like these. I think vegetable sushi is very uncommon. I really liked avocado sushi. I want to go that sushi restaurant again.
