Book Review Prince William

Prince William was born in 1982, as a first son of Prince Charles and Princess Diana. Prince Charles wanted to name him Arthur, but Princess Diana didn't like that name, so they named him William Arthur Philip Louis. They really loved their son.

Two years later his little brother was born. His name is Harry, and William loved playing with him. William started going school at age of three. He learned numbers and writing, and he made a lot of friends quickly. When he was five years old, he started at Wetherby school, and here he played a lot of sports. He was very good at swimming, and he got a prize for swimming. Every year the school had a Sports Day, and Princess Diana and Prince Charles were in the games for mothers and fathers.

He moved to Ludgrove School in Berkshire when he was eight years old. He lived there and he went home for school holidays. He was good at Football there, and he got a prize for shooting. And here he was also good at writing and he got school prize for writing when he was ten years old. His father liked country sports and William often played with his father.

An accident happened when he was nine years old. When he was playing golf with his friend in his school, one of his friend hit him on the head. The school sent him to a hospital. Princess Diana and Prince Charles went to the hospital quickly. He had a small but important operation on his head. Operation went well.

When he was 14 years old, his parents divorced. He really love his father and mother, but he knew about their problems. After their divorce, he spent his holidays his mother, then with his father. Holidays with mother and father were never the same for him and his brother.

After he graduated Ludgrove school, he entered England's famous school for boys, Eton. He really liked the school, and he had many friends there. He sometimes went out with his friends, but many photographers always went after them. He didn't like the photographers. Every year, at Eton, there was an Open day, and students' families can visit school. But, one year William didn't want his mother and father to come at the Open day, because he didn't want a lot of photographers. So his parents didn't come. In spite of his parents, his nanny Tiggy came to the Open day. He really liked that.

A sad thing happened, when he was 15 years old. His mother died in the car accident in Paris. He went to church with his father and brother. there were news reporters and television reporters, but they watched him quietly. Five years later, he and his father and brother went to Kensington palace, and they watched thousands of flowers at there.

Diana was a very good mother for him, and she wanted to teach him about people, not only about queens, princes, and princesses. Now, newspaper reporters don't write about him very often, and photographers don't take pictures of them very often. There are not so many pictures of them on television. This is right, because he is only young man.

Now, he is a young man, but one day he is going to be King of England. He knows this, but he doesn't think about this all the time. William has a his mother's blue eyes and friendly smile. She was the People's princess, so William will be the People's prince.
